1. Acceptance
By using Forge ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Forge is operated by Forge ("we", "us"). Contact: support@getforge.build
2. What Forge does
Forge provides AI-powered hardware intelligence — DFM analysis, cost estimates, certification guidance, and design modifications — for use inside Fusion 360, KiCad, and Altium Designer. All analysis is AI-generated and should be treated as a starting point, not a substitute for professional engineering review.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- One account per person — do not share accounts
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or prompts
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent usage limits
- Upload designs containing export-controlled technology without proper authorization
5. Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Disclaimer
Forge is provided "as is". AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate. We are not liable for manufacturing decisions made based on Forge output. Always have a qualified engineer review designs before production.
7. Data and anonymized analytics
By using Forge, you consent to anonymized, aggregated analysis data being used to improve the Service. We never store raw CAD geometry or data identifiable to your company. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll email you for material changes.
